Delightfully tactile Victorian silver book chain. This heavy sterling chain is styled as a double rolo link. The links are uniform throughout, round and shiny. At a terminating end is an oversized spring bolt clasp which is perfectly suited to display a large locket or pendant. Victorians often created sleek and stylish jewellery with a modern feel. This chain is no exception and could easily be dressed up for a night out with friends or paired with denim for a casual look. Circa late 19th century, British in origin.

In very good condition showing no visible wear and with a nice tight clasp.
