Vintage carnelian cuff links crafted in 10 carat yellow gold. These are completely fantastic! I just love the bright and warm Autumnal reddish orange colour of carnelian. The gemstones are round in shape, set simply in sleek yellow gold. These cuff links are double faced, with all four sections matching. The sides are attached with a solid bar. Carnelian are such a brilliant colour, appearing to glow due to their high cabochon cut. These would look striking against a grey or blue, or many other colours! Circa mid 20th century, likely North American in origin.
Carnelian: 4, round in outline, cabochon cut, each measuring approx 11.8 mm wide and is good condition with only very minor surface wear.
Stamped 10K on the back of each carnelian setting, tested and assessed as 10 carat gold throughout, which is yellow in colour. There is also a maker's mark of Diana.
Measures approx 12.95 mm across at widest point, 5.55 mm deep.
Weigh 7.1 grams together.
