Antique 9ct rose gold chain dating to the Art Nouveau era. This chain is formed from open cage styled link of four wires which are twisted. The links are in very good condition with the open sections well formed. At the end of one side of this piece is a large swivelling dog clip. At the other end is a large jump ring. It's a great wearable length with the unique, open links providing wonderful presence. Circa early 20th century.

Partial mark on dog clip, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold. The gold is rose in colour.

Measures approx 49 cm / 19.25 inches in wearable length by 5.9 mm wide.
