Sapphire and diamond engagement ring dating to the late Art Deco era. This pretty ring is designed with contrasting shapes and colours, which really make it particularly attractive! The large step cut sapphire is set at angle, with the points to the top, bottom and sides. Flanking the deep blue sapphire are lovely bead set diamonds. The entire top of this ring is engraved in a delicate design. We love a low-profile, wider ring. We find they are easy to wear daily pieces. Circa 1930s - 1940, British in origin.
