Art Deco platinum diamond engagement ring set with rhodolite garnet. This setting came to us without a centre stone and we set a beautiful deep purple garnet. We love the deep purple in the bright white of the platinum setting. The centre stone is round cut and is held in place by fishtail style triple claw prongs. Set into the shoulders of this ring are four eight cut / single cut diamonds, two on each side. The accent diamonds are pave set with the edges lined in milgrain beading. The shank is a knife edge profile with a softly pointed top. Circa 1930s setting, modern garnet.
