Art Deco diamond dress ring set in platinum. This ring has been crafted in a wonderful shape! Set in the centre are three brilliant cut diamonds in a marquise shape with the largest diamond in the centre. A platinum edging frames the shape. A further single diamond is set into a smaller marquise shape on each shoulder with a pear shape curving around the setting and pointing to the knife edge band. Framing the marquise shapes and on a lower step, are eight accent diamonds further highlighting the elongated shape of this ring. The shapes are bold but the overall design is feminine in design with carefully crafted details. Circa 1920s - 1930s.
