Art Deco filigree diamond engagement ring. Set in the centre of a hexagonal shaped setting is a stunning old European cut diamond. The top of this setting is wide, tapering underneath the diamond. The filigree is a delicate arch design with a floral design on each side. Each of the side diamonds is set into a geometric shape. The shank is engraved about halfway around the ring and tapers to a delicate, unadorned band in the back. Circa 1930s, likely North American in origin.
Diamonds: 3, centre old European cut and 2 eight cut diamonds. Measures approx 3.2 mm and is calculated in setting as 0.18 carats, H / I colour, SI1 clarity. The 2 accent diamonds total approx 0.07 carats.
Marked 18K for 18 carat gold and tested as such.
Size: UK - M 1/2; US - 6 1/2; EU - 17. This ring can be sized down to K.5 / 5.5 and up to P / 7.75. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures 8.65 mm wide and rises 5.7 mm tall off the finger.
