Vintage diamond engagement ring dating to the Art Deco era. This stunning ring is set with a large old European cut diamond in the centre. The diamond is set in claws in a square shape . The diamond is a lovely old cut. It has a small table, chunky facets, and an open culet. It really packs a punch in the sparkle department! On either side is a crescent moon set with two single cut diamonds. A marquise shape is set with a single diamond and leads to a plain platinum band.
The diamond is set high enough off the finger to allow another band or ring to sit nicely next to it. This is a beautiful example of an Art Deco ring, circa early 20th century.
