Art Deco emerald ring with a diamond halo. This engagement ring is nothing short of stunning! A large rectangular step cut emerald is bezel set into a platinum top. The emerald is framed by ten single cut diamonds with a further diamond set into each engraved shoulder. Milgrain beading lines the emerald, the scalloped edge top and criss-crosses down the shoulders where it meets the yellow gold band. Circa 1930s, British in origin.
Emerald: rectangular, step-cut, approx 4.3 mm by 3 mm, calculated in setting as 0.22 carats.
Diamonds: 12, eight cut / single cut, approx 0.12 carats total weight.
Stamped 9ct & PLAT, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top. The back of the shank has a slight curve to it, which can be seen in the 5th photo.
Size: UK - N 1/2; US - 7; EU - 54,5. This ring can be sized between L / 5.75 / 51,5 and Q / 8.25 / 57,5. Sizing is available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 9.05 mm by 8.15 mm and stands 3.75 mm tall off the finger.
