Gorgeous sapphire and diamond panel ring dating to the Art Deco era. This ring features three row of gemstones, set in a diamond shape on the top of the finger. A row of three blue sapphires is set in the middle with a line of three diamonds on either side. The blue of the sapphires contrast beautifully with the sparkling diamonds! Each of the gemstones are pave set into the platinum top of this ring. The narrow band is 18 carat yellow gold and curves up to greet the gemstone encrusted top. Circa 1915s - 1930s, British in origin.
Diamonds: 6, mixed old cuts, old European cut and transitional cut. 4 measure approx 2.25 mm and 2 measure approx 2.5 mm. Total diamond carat weight is estimated in setting 0.35 carats, J to L colour, SI2 to I2 clarity.
Sapphires: 3, older cuts. 2 measure approx 2.7 mm and 1 measures approx 3.25 mm. Total sapphire carat weight is estimated in setting as 0.31 carats.
Marked 18ct Plat. This ring is 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.
Size: UK - M 3/4; US - 6 3/8; EU - 17. This ring can be sized down to J.5 / 5.2 or made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures 12 mm wide on the finger and rises approx 4.2 mm tall off the finger.
Weighs 2.9 grams.
