Lovely cultured pearl drop earrings dating to the Art Deco era. These earrings are designed as long bars of 9 carat white gold. Nine fully drilled pearls are strung on wires. These dangle earrings come to a beautifully concave point at the base of the pearls. The hooks are articulated and allow the bars to swing gently at the wearer moves. Circa 1930s.
Pearls: 9, assumed cultured. Slightly irregular in shape, ivory to pale silver white in colour, approx 3.05 mm and graduating to 3.4 mm.
Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat white gold.
Measure approx 4.1 cm / 1.6 inches in total length by 3.4 mm wide.
Weigh 2.6 grams total.
