Antique sterling silver bangle bracelet dating to the late 19th century. The top of this Victorian era bracelet is engraved with a rose pattern. Roses were a common theme in the 19th century and are a symbol of enduring love. The back half of this bangle is unadorned and the bangle is oval in shape so that that the engraved roses stay on the top of the wrist. It closes with a firm click, letting the wearer know that it's secure. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Hallmarked for sterling silver, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1884.
