Antique sapphire and diamond engagement ring. A beautiful deep blue sapphire is bead set between old mine cut diamond leaves. A trio of three diamonds on each side are set in a tapered design, coming to points on the end. The stunning gemstones are set into a white top lined in milgrain beading . A slender golden D shape profile band completes this ring. Circa late 19th to early 20th century.

Sapphire: round cut, approx 3.2 mm.

Diamonds: 6, old mine cut, approx 0.08 carats total weight. One of the end diamonds has a chip to it's crown which is visible under magnification.

Not hallmarked, illegible due to resizing. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold.

Size: UK - P; US - 7.75; EU - 18. This ring can be resized between K.5 / 5.5 / 16 and Q.5 / 8.5 / 18,5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 3.9 mm by 11 mm on top by 2.9 mm deep at top. Band tapers from 2 mm to 1.35 mm.

Weighs 1.55 grams.
