Antique sapphire button style stud earrings. These are just the coolest earrings! Royal blue round cut sapphire are super vivid, just the most rich colour, and are flush set down into 18 carat yellow gold. The domed studs are highest at the sapphire and slope slightly away creating a button style shape. These are very easy to wear earrings and could be worn daily. Circa late 19th to turn of 20th century.

In great condition with minor surface wear in keeping with age and use.

Sapphires: royal blue, round cut, measuring approx 3.1 mm each, approx 0.25 carats together as estimated within the mounting. The sapphires are very vivid bright blue.

Studs not marked, scroll backs marked 750 for 18 carat gold.

Measure approx 6.85 mm wide.

Weigh 1.4 grams together, approx 0.7 grams each.
