Antique pearl and diamond ring dating to the Victorian era. This 18 carat yellow gold ring is set with four split pearls around a smaller rose cut diamond. The pearls are a creamy white in colour and gypsy set into a domed top. This ring tapers, wider at the top where the pearls are set, to a narrower D shaped profile in the back. The hallmarks are clear and crisp, dating this piece to the 1860s.

Split pearls: 4, measuring approx 2.6 to 3 mm each.

Diamond: rose cut, approx 1.3 mm in diameter.

Fully hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1863.

Size: UK - M 1/4; US - 6 1/2; EU - 16.9. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 and O / 7.25. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 7.85 mm wide tapering to 2.5 mm at the back and stands 3.2 mm tall off the finger.
