Antique French cut diamond eternity ring. What a rare find these are! These old French cut diamonds are square in shape with the square shaped tables at a 90 degree angle to the girdle. The diamonds are set the entire circumference of this band. The sides of this wedding band are very softly curved so that the top where the diamonds are set is a bit narrower than the base which touches the finger. These sides are unadorned and polished to a lovely shine. Circa 1900 - 1910s.

Diamonds: 36 total. 35 are French cut, 1 is a replacement square cut. Each measures approx 1.5 mm by 1.6 mm, approx 0.80 carats, H - J colour, VS2 - SI1 clarity, as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
