Beautiful antique five stone diamond ring crafted in 18 carat gold with a platinum top. This antique ring is bead set with five old cut diamonds graduating in size across the top. The diamonds are set in an ornate beaded design and lined in milgrain beading. The edge around the diamond setting dips in and out creating a scalloped shape which is engraved. The band of this ring is narrow, yellow gold and flat at the back comes to a slight hump at the top near the diamond set top. Circa 1900s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 5 total, 3 old eight cut / single cut and 2 roughly cut. Approx 0.10 carats total weight. Diamonds are slightly yellowish in colour.

Marked 18ct Plat. This ring is mostly 18 carat yellow gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top. Also marked for the maker, H.G. & S, Henry Griffith and Son.

Size: UK - S; US - 9 1/4; EU - 19.2. This ring can be sized down to K / 5.25. It is not recommend for sizing larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 6.05 mm by 15.25 mm across the top. Rises approx 4 mm tall off the finger.
