Antique 9 carat gold fancy link chain extender. The Victorian chain is crafted from little scalloped links and an elongated paper clip style link. At one end is a jump ring, soldered closed for safety, and the other has a swivelling dog clip.

A lot of antique chains, originally made for gentlemen's watches, are too short for how they are typically worn now, by women as neck chains. We've added a dog clip, also 9 carat, from the same era, so that this piece can be used as an extender to your favourite chain. Or as a drop to display a pendant! Circa 19th century chain and dog clip, one terminating jump ring more modern, we've attached them together.

Measures approx 80 mm / 3.1 inches in total length by 4.7 mm wide at widest point. Terminating jump ring has a internal diameter of 4.2 mm and dog clip, which swivels, is 18.5 mm long by 6.1 mm wide.
