Edwardian diamond engagement ring in a floral daisy shape. Antique old mine cut diamonds and old European cut diamonds are set around a centre diamond to create a flower style engagement ring. The centre diamond is bezel or rub over set in platinum and the diamonds around the centre are bead set next to each other with a half bezel to the outside keeping the edges of this ring smooth. This ring looks impressive on the finger with each diamond glittering perfectly from it. Circa 1900 - 1920s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 9 total, mixed old cuts. Centre is approx 3.4 mm, 0.16 carats. Surrounding diamonds vary in size from approx 2.3 mm to 3 mm and are approx 0.56 carats together. Total carat weight, calculated as setting permits is 0.72 carats, I to K colour, SI1 - I1 clarity.

Marked Plat 18ct. This ring is 18 carat yellow gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.
