Antique Georgian seal in the shape of a dog. The dog is sterling silver on a 15 carat rose gold base and is wearing a gold collar. The gold base has a foliate style design. A carnelian intaglio is etched with the profile of a man. This seal can be worn as a charm or pendant. Circa 1800s.

Not marked, tested as sterling silver with a 15 carat gold collar and base.

Measures 21.2 mm / 0.83 inches tall and the bottom is 14.3 mm by 12 mm.

Weighs 4.15 grams.
