Antique 9ct rose gold trombone link chain. Oblong oval shaped link alternate with set of three smaller rounded links. Each end terminates with a sprung dog clip. The dog clips match and are well sprung. This chain is on the shorter side, sitting right at the base of the throat It can also be doubled to be worn as a bracelet. Circa late 19th to very early 20th century, British in origin.

Stamped for 9 carat gold on every link.

Measures approx 40 cm / 15.75 inches in length by 5.4 mm wide. The oblong links are approx 20 mm by 5 mm.

Weighs 22.5 grams.
