Antique two-tone engraved wedding ring. This wide platinum band is hand engraved with a deep foliate design. The pattern is engraved around the entire circumference of this ring. Narrow rails of 22 carat gold lines the top and bottom edges for a subtle two-tone look. This ring is on the wider side for a woman's ring or medium width for a man's ring. It's low profile, sitting fairly flat on the finger and making for easy wearing. Circa 1910s, British in origin.
