
Antique 18 carat gold keeper ring dating to the late 19th century. Crafted in the classic style of braided wires forming a wide row across the top with small beads where the wires cross. The wires comes together between the finger forming a sold, D shape profile shank. This lovely ring is easy to stack and it's low profile makes it easy to wear. Circa 1890s, British in origin.
Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Chester 1898.
