Antique yellow gold drop earrings dating to the Victorian era. These earrings are designs a large circle. Around the outer edges are little beads and at the edges the dotted design is repeated. A raised bit in the middle is framed by a gold rope detailing. A slightly brushed finished shows off a flower within the design. These earrings have an ear wire which secures with a C style closure. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Hallmarked for 15 carat gold, assayed in Chester, date letter A for 1884.

Measure approx 1.9 cm / 0.75 inches long by 1.42 cm / 0.56 inches wide.
