Vintage smokey quartz single stone ring in a very retro design! This large ring is super stylish! The quartz is a light brown and cut into an rectangular octagon, a wonderfully flattering shape on the hand. A simple four claw mounting keeps all the focus on the gemstone. Gold wires create a lattice design supporting the gemstone with tapered shoulders mimicking leaves sloping down supporting the collet on the band. Circa mid 20th century and offered in very good condition.

Smokey quartz: rectangular / emerald cut, approx 19.85 mm by 14.75 mm by to 13.6 mm by 7.45 mm deep. Estimated as 21.5 carats within the limits of the mounting.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, 1971.

Size: UK - Q; US - 8.25; EU - 18,25. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 / 15,8 and T / 9.75 / 19.5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 19.85 mm by 15 mm on top and stands 12 mm deep at stone. 2.55 mm band.
