Stunning vintage three stone diamond engagement ring. This late Art Deco to mid 20th century ring is set with three diamonds in white gold. Each diamond is set in a square shaped top with wide curving edges sloping toward the diamonds. The outer edge of each square is lined in milgrain beading. The diamonds are early round brilliant cut and show off larger tables and low crowns, making them face up larger than their size. This ring is wide across the finger, a look I find to be flattering on my slightly above average size fingers.

The diamonds are set in plain squares, leaving the most intricate features on the band and setting of this ring! The back of the band is plain and turns into a soft knife edge as it reaches the diamonds. Columns brace the setting for the diamonds creating a cut out between the band and diamonds and little delicate scrolls adorn the setting at the bottom of the columns. From the side a pierced gallery can be seen. Circa mid 1930s - 1940s.

Diamonds: 3, round brilliant cut. Measures 3.1 mm, 3.55 mm and 2.85 mm, and calculated as 0.09 carats, 0.14 carats, and 0.07 carats.
Total carat weight, calculated as setting permits: 0.30 carats, G / H colour, VS clarity.
