Wonderful Art Deco rectangular onyx ring set with an old mine cut diamond. Black onyx is rectangle in shape with the claws at the top. bottom, and sides. The onyx has a slanted or bevelled edge. The antique diamond is bezel set above the onyx and the brilliantly white diamond contrasts nicely with the deep colour of the onyx. A yellow gold band is nice and thick in the back and splits at it reaches the onyx, a stylish design feature which contributes to the overall strong lines of this Art Deco ring.

Diamond: old mine cut, measures approx 3.1 mm and calculated in setting as 0.16 carats, J / K colour, SI clarity.

Hallmarked as 18ct and tested as 18 carat gold.
