Art deco 22 carat gold wedding ring. This medium width ladies wedding band is softly curved on the exterior with a flat interior. The gold is rosy in colour, as 22 carat usually is, with a bright, shiny finish. This is a traditional and classic style which simply says married. The inside retains a personal inscription and reads, "September 4th 1926" making this ring 92 years old. Circa 1920s, British in origin.

Fully hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1926.
