Gorgeous diamond engagement ring dating to the Art Deco era. This ring is designed as a cluster which is bead set with five diamonds. The centre diamond, an old single cut, is set in an engraved star design with a halo of milgrain beading. Framing the centre is a halo of four roughly cut and rose cut diamonds. Between each of these is an engraved beaded design. The eight scalloped sections create a flower like design, and are lined in milgrain beading. From the edges of the floral pattern is a flat leaf with a split shank band. Circa 1920s, British in origin.
Diamonds: 5 total. Centre single cut is approx 0.01 carats. 4 roughly cut and rose cut diamonds of approx 1.3 mm each..
Stamped 18ct & PLAT. There are also modern hallmarks for 18 carat gold. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.
Size: UK - K.5; US - 5.5; EU - 16,2. This ring can be sized between I.5 / 4.5 / 15,25 and N.5 / 7 / 17,25. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 9 mm by 8.2 mm on top by 4 mm deep. 1.9 mm band.
