Incredible wide platinum mid century wedding ring. Deeply engraved orange blossoms are spaced with pairs of leafs to create a design that's often referred to as a wedding bouquet pattern. The width of the band makes it easy to see this standout design. The pattern, popular during the late Victorian to Edwardian era experienced a resurgence during the mid 20th century. Circa 1950s - 1960s, British in origin.

Stamped PLAT. Platinum was not hallmarked by UK assay offices with all the four stamps until the early 1970s. This ring has been professionally tested and assessed as platinum.
