Pretty vintage sapphire and diamond star shaped ring. Set in the centre of a four pointed star is a lovely deep blue coloured sapphire. In each of the points is a single pave set eight cut diamond. The band of this ring attaches to the head at an angle, following the flow of the shape of the star. The gemstones are set in 9 carat white gold with the rest of this ring is 9 carat yellow gold. Circa 1990s.

Sapphire: deep blue, round cut, approx 3.55 mm and estimated in setting as 0.12 carats.

Diamonds: 4, eight cut, approx 0.02 carats total.

Hallmarked 9 carat gold, assayed in London, date mark for 1991.

Size: UK - N 1/2; US - 7; EU - 17 1/4. This ring can be sized down to L / 5.75 and made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 9.2 mm wide and rises 4.6 mm tall off the finger.

Weighs 1.65 grams.
