Stunning sapphire and diamond engagement ring. This mounting came to us without a centre stone. It took us a while to find it's ideal stone, but we finally decided on this bright blue 0.90 natural sapphire. The sapphire is a stunning colour and is perfectly at home within the fishtail style triple claw prongs. Flanking the sapphire are tapered baguette cut diamonds. These diamonds are bar set with platinum bars holding them at either end. The three gemstones are set into a platinum mounting which is heavy and feels so luxurious on the finger. Sapphires are a traditional gemstone for engagements and we just love this ring for an engagement ring! Circa 1940s mounting, modern sapphire.

Sapphire: approx 6.25 mm with a known weight of 0.90 carats.

Diamonds: 2, tapered baguettes, approx 0.20 total carat weight, F / G colour, VS clarity as estimated within the limits of the mounting.

Size: UK - K; US - 5.25; EU - 15,9. This ring can be sized larger, up to M.5 / 6.5 / 17. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 7.1 mm wide by 6.7 mm tall at sapphire. 1.65 mm band.
