Striking mid 20th century ruby eternity ring in platinum. I adore rubies! The bright jewel tone of rubies is always eye catching and forever in fashion. This full hoop ruby ring is set with 24 round cut rubies. Each gem is secured with small bead claws and set between narrow bands of platinum. The sides once displayed an engraved pattern which has worn over time. Circa 1940s - 1950s.

This ring came as part of a matching set with a blue sapphire ring. The two matching rings look wonderful together, but is being sold separately. If you're interested in both, please enquire.

Rubies: 24, very vivid pink-red, round cut. Each approx 2.9 mm and calculated as 2.25 carats total weight.

Not hallmarked, tested as platinum.

Size: UK - N 1/2; US - 7; EU - 17 1/4. This ring cannot be sized.

Measures 3 mm wide and rises 1.7 mm tall off the finger.

Weighs 2.45 grams.
