This is such a lovely bracelet! Vivid royal blue enamel tops sterling silver links to form a bracelet. The largest link is circular with each of the three links on either side being oval in shape. The design in the enamel is beautiful and the colour is an intense blue. This bracelet dates to around the late Art Deco era.
Hallmarked 925 for sterling silver, also tested.
Measures 16 cm / 6.25 inches end to end. Shown on a model who has a 6.25 inch wrist.
The circular link is 17.6 mm wide and the ovals are approx 20 mm by 5.7 mm.
Bracelet weighs about 8.1 grams.
There is no visible loss to the enamel, however, the circular link shows some scratching. Enamel is glass, which has been ground up, painted on, and fired in a kiln to melt it. Because it's glass, it needs to be treated with some amount of care.
