Vintage 22 carat gold wedding ring. This medium width wedding band is a D shape in profile with a lightly domed exterior and flat interior. The gold is bright and warm, and as a more modern 22 karat gold band the colour is more yellow than antique bands. This is a simple, classic style with a low profile which tends to be more comfortable for men who may not be used to wearing rings. Circa 1960s, British in origin.
Fully hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in London, date letter for 1968.

Measures approx 5 mm wide by 0.95 mm deep. This is a low profile ring.
