Beautiful vintage 9 carat gold wedding ring dating to the mid 20th century. The exterior of this ladies wedding ring is faceted in shape with the exterior forming a decagon. Every other side is engraved with set of three flower blossoms and these alternate with highly polished facets. This is a slender band at 1.65 mm and it's flat sides would allow it easily stack with other bands and rings. The alternating design is a good use of space, making the floral blossoms standout. This ring was made during the second World War and is a bright rose gold.
In excellent condition, it may be new old stock.
Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham 1940. The gold is rose in colour.
Size: UK - N.5; US - 7; EU - 17,3. Due to pattern and shape this ring is not recommended for resizing.
Measures approx 1.65 mm wide by 1.5 mm deep.
Weighs 1.3 grams.
