Vintage 14k Diamond Wedding Ring, Mid 20th Century Five Stone Band. 0.65 ctw.Add to Wishlist
Stunning mid 20th century five stone diamond ring. The five round brilliant cut diamonds are set in a line, each in four claws. From the side the claws form a u shape allowing the entire of the diamond to be seen. On either side of the row of diamonds is a small triangle shape leading to a knife edge shank. This is a substantial ring, with a good carat weight. The diamonds cover most of the top of the finger and the gentle curve of the mounting allows them to catch the light from various angles. This ring looks just as nice paired with a plain band as it does with an engagement style ring. Circa 1940s - 1950s, North American in origin.
Diamonds: 5, round brilliant cut, approx 2.95 mm to 3.15 mm each and calculated in setting as 0.65 carats total weight, 4 at G / H colour and 1 at J colour, all VS2/SI1 clarity, as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 14k, professionally tested and assessed as 14k carat white gold.
