Vintage diamond wedding ring dating to the mid 20th century. This two-tone diamond ladies band is set with nine single cut diamonds in a channel setting which are about a third of the way around the band. The diamonds are held in a white setting and the yellow band has a lovely half-hitch design on the shoulders leading to a narrow shank. This is a delicate, slender band, circa mid 1930s - 1940s.
Contains remnants of a personalisation which is mostly illegible, "H H" can be made out.
Diamonds: 9, single stone, approx 0.015 carats each to total 0.14 carats together, near colourless and eye clean.
Stamped 14K. Professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat yellow and white gold.
Size: UK - J.5; US - 5; EU - 15,75. This ring is best unsized - with the diamonds being channel set and set so far around the ring.
Measures approx 3.15 mm wide at shoulders, 2.25 mm wide at diamonds, by 1.8 mm deep at top centre. Tapers to 1 mm in back centre.
Weighs 1.1 grams.
