Victorian decorative sterling silver tassel for a fob or chain. The top is shaped like a dome with a flower design. Between the flowers is an engraved leaf style pattern. Around the narrowest and widest parts of the top is a lined ridged design. Swinging freely from the bottom are size snake or foxtail link strands, each one finished with a silver bead at the end. These little beauties were worn on a watch chain or Albertina and make great charms, Circa 1900s.

Not hallmarked, acid tested as sterling silver.

Tassel alone measures 4.25 cm / 1.66 inches long and 13.25 mm at widest point. The tassel plus chain measure 8 cm / 3.15 inches.
