Late Victorian sterling silver albertina watch chain or bracelet. This albertina is styled as a two and three chain design. Two chunky foxtail style chains are attached to a smaller ball at each end. Between these are larger spheres with three chains between them, two rope chains and one foxtail chain. These three are staggered in length creating a garland style design when worn as a pocket watch chain. At one end is a dog clip and the other is a T bar with a twisted design and a hanging tassel. Circa 1880s - 1900s, European in origin.
Marked Silver on the dog clip and tested as sterling silver throughout.
