SOLD. Sorry, this item has sold.

Victorian 22 gold wedding ring. This medium width ladies wedding band is lightly domed on the exterior. The interior is softly curved for a light court fit or comfort fit. The gold is bright and slightly rose in colour as Victorian gold tends to be. This is a simple, classic style which can be a good width for either a man or women. Circa late Victorian, 1890s. North American in origin.

The hand engraved internal inscription is rather difficult to make out. It appears to read, "H.W. Johnson and F.L. McAlain Nov 20-1895."

Stamped 22, professionally tested and assessed as 22 carat gold. There is a maker's name of T.B.STARR for Theodore B. Starr, a New York based jeweller between 1830s and 1910.

Size: UK - P; US - 7.75; EU - 18. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 3 mm wide by 1.75 mm deep.

Weighs 4.5 grams.
