Fantastically retro 9 carat yellow gold fringe necklace dating to the mid 20th century. Lightly curved panels are formed of three arches. The top and bottom of the arches are textured which is a great contrast against the shiny, polished centre. One end of this chain terminates at a spring bolt clasp. The other end has a series of flat, oval shaped links with larger centre holes allowing this necklace to be adjusted in length. A small gold ball creates a finishing touch on the final link. Circa 1960s.

Hallmarked is 9 carat gold, import marks for Birmingham, date letter for 1968.

Length is adjustable between 41 cm / 16 inches and 45.5 cm / 18 inches. Each piece of fringe is slightly curved to sit nicely on the chest and measures approx 6.6 mm by 21.2 mm.
