Emerald and diamond floral cluster style engagement ring dating to the Art Deco era. This ring is set with a square step cut diamond framed by a halo of single cut diamonds. The emerald is a beautiful green and is secured in a bezel or rub over setting lined with a double row of milgrain beading. Bead set around it's edges are six single cut diamonds. The edges of the mounting dips between each diamond creating a scalloped edge. The gemstones are set in a white top on a narrow, tapered shape yellow band. Circa 1920s, British in origin.
Emerald: square shape, step cut, approx 2.9 mm.
Diamonds: 6, single cut, approx 0.07 carats total weight.
Stamps worn but legible as 18ct & PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.
Size: UK - S; US - 9.25; EU - 60. This ring can be sized down to K / 5.25 / 50. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 8.5 mm by 7.7 mm on top and stands 3.75 mm tall off the finger.
