Antique old European cut diamond engagement ring. An old cut diamond is set low in a crown style collet. The diamond has a lovely high crown and small table with the classic chunky facets. It's held by six claws in a timeless design. Adorning the setting are six roughly cut diamonds. The side diamonds are lines in milgrain which gives way to a squared profile shank. This is a wonderfully classic style perfectly suited for a modern engagement ring. Circa early 20th century.

Diamonds: old European cut, approx 4.8 mm and calculated in setting as 0.45 carats, G / H colour, SI clarity. 6 roughly cut accent diamonds total 0.05 carats. Weight estimated as mounting permits.

Stamped PLATINUM, professionally tested and assessed as platinum. The shank is thick showing little wear which may mean this ring has been reshanked.

Size: UK - N; US - 6.75; EU - 17. This ring can be sized between K / 5.25 / 15,75 and Q / 8.25 / 18,1. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 5.9 mm wide and stands 6.5 mm tall off the finger. 1.85 mm band.
