Old mine cut diamond solitaire engagement ring set in 18 carat white gold. A bright and beautiful antique diamond has been set into a simple tapered white gold setting. The diamond is an antique cut which has a very small table and a high crown. It has been set in a simple sleek modern setting which is widest at the shoulders tapering at the back of the shank. The diamond dates to around the turn of the 20th century and the setting is modern.

Diamond: old mine cut, measures approx 5.08 mm by 4.88 mm and is calculated in setting as 0.55 carats, J / K colour, I1 clarity.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham.

Measures 5.08 mm wide at diamond and rises 6.4 mm tall off the finger. Band is 4 mm at top tapering to 2.7 mm at the back.
