A beautiful Victorian tassel with an ornate chased design.  This late Victorian 10 strand tassel features a heart design around the top.  The tassel is boxier in style with a squared off top which allows the design to be seen in it's entirety by the viewer.  Each little heart has a small flourish inside it and a solid silver line between it and the next heart.  This tassel dates to the late 1800s.

Not hallmarked, acid tested as sterling silver.

Measures 3.25 cm / 1.28 inches long including bail, and measures 9.5 mm at widest point.

Weighs approx 3.55 grams.
