Vintage love heart charm. This mid 20th century pendant is designed as a gold wire cage with a dangling heart inside. At the bottom of the front side is a little hinged door which can be opened. Inside the cage is a golden heart which swings from the top bars. This is a miniature pendant or charm and is dainty in size.
