This amazingly gorgeous opal and diamond cocktail ring dates to the 1940s. The opal is bright with incredible flashes of colour, mostly greens and oranges. Set below the opal is a halo of diamonds, each bead set in a small square linked together to form an arch to the top and bottom of the opal. On either side, to the left and right, is a spray design of diamonds. This eye catching ring has been beautifully crafted.

Under the opal and diamonds, on the back side of this ring, is a work of art with soft swirls and arches. The top of this ring is wide across the finger and makes a beautiful, and very noticeable, impression.

Opal: measures approx 12.4 mm x 8 mm.

Diamonds: 28, approx 0.32 carats total , H - J colour, SI clarity.

Hallmarked 18ct for 18 carat gold.

Size: UK - J 1/2; US - 5; EU - 49 1/4. The band of this ring is slightly oval from a previous resizing. It cannot be made any smaller. It can be made several sizes larger. Sizing is available for an additional fee.

16 mm north to south on the finger and 17.2 mm east to west. This ring rises 7.8 mm tall off the finger.
