A lovely Art Deco diamond trilogy ring set in a geometric shape setting. The centre diamond of this three stone engagement ring is set in an engraved illusion style setting. The setting has claw prongs toward the outside and is engraved between the diamond and these claws. This design is made to give the impression of the diamond being larger than it is. It's a wonderful design which really catches the light and works! On either side of the centre diamond is an inset single cut diamond in a hexagonal shape. The hexagon is outlined in a double row of milgrain beading and the outer corner points down the shoulder to a platinum topped knife edge shank.

This ring came to us as part of a set of rings which we believe to be new odd stock. It is in excellent condition and dates to around the 1930s.

Diamonds: 3, single cut, approx 0.03 carats total weight.

Marked 18ct Plat. The diamonds are set into a platinum setting and the shoulders are topped in platinum, the rest of this ring is crafted in 18 carat yellow gold.
