Elegant diamond engagement ring dating to the Edwardian era. Five single / eight cut diamonds are set into a platinum top. The setting is engraved with milgrain beading between and around each diamond. The milgain catches the light and glitters beautifully! A narrow 9 carat yellow gold band slopes up and tapers, greeting the diamond set top on this ring. The narrow band helps to make the top stand out and gives this ring a more delicate feel. Circa 1900s - 1920s, British in origin.
